Episode 10
MORNING TASK
Each of the rich contestants had to go into the slums and sell milk that was given to them. Each contestant was given 2 litres of milk. The price at which the contestants choose to sell the milk was left to their own discretion. The contestant that finally collects the most amount of would be given immunity and go directly into the safe zone without performing the evening task.
Mohita distributes milk for free at times and therefore loses out majorly. Adam had a hard time trying to convince people to buy milk from him. He had a very obvious communication problem. However there were slum kids who helped him out a lot. They guided him to the right places, through the smallest of gullies within the slums and even helped him sell the milk. Despite the help that he got from people around, Adam only managed to sell a dismal amount of milk, in the bargain having a tussle with one of the residents of the slum.
Sunny thought the task was awesome and yet very difficult. Milk kept falling all over the place while he was trying to pour it into the containers that his customers came with. He lost out because of the amount of milk he wasted like this.
Pooja found this to be one of the hardest tasks yet. The biggest problem she had was that she didn't know how to cycle too well. To add insult to injury, the container with the milk wouldn't open easily. She struggled for a long time just trying to open the container. She also says that convincing people to buy milk from her was extremely difficult. She goes into the house where a couple of days ago she had given a child a bath and requested them to buy something. However, to her surprise, the grandmother was very reluctant to buy anything from her. Despite all of these hurdles, Pooja came out on top, winning the task and going straight to the safe zone.
EVENING TASK
Genelia walks into the dorm to explain the evening task of the day to the rich contestants. She asks each one of them how many cars they have and if they like driving. Siddharth is the only one that refuses to say the no. of cars that he owns. However one thing in common is all of them love cars and are very excited to do a task around a car. However to their great disappointment the task had nothing to do with them being in a car or driving one.
The task was simple: they had to don the avatar of the annoying street vendors that one bumps into at signals. They would have to become the typical salesman who sells balloons and other small items to people at signals. Most of the contestants being form Mumbai are very apprehensive to perform this task as they are embarrassed of being recognised by anyone they might know.
And as expected, this does happen. A lot of people recognise Adam as Kabir Bedi's son. He bumps into Sushma Reddy (top Indian model) who buys a lot of stuff from her buddy. The red light lasted approx. 120 seconds which the contestants found too short a span of time to convince people.
ELIMINATIONS
Since Pooja is in the safe zone because of her exceptional performance in the morning task, there were only 4 contestants left to do this task, namely Adam, Mohita, Sid and Sunny.
Siddharth came first in this task and landed himself a place in the safe zone. However a new twist was introduced here. Sid was given the power to choose one more contestant who he could and take with him into the safe zone. On careful deliberation and tactful plotting, Sid decides to take Sunny with him into the safe zone. However he makes certain conditions with Sunny before he can do this. He ensures once Sunny is the safe zone he would also save Mohita and henceforth, if Sid came in the danger zone, Sunny would not vote against him. Sunny instantly agrees to these conditions.
This deal between Sid and Sunny eventually leaves only Adam and Mohita in the danger zone. All the contestants vote out Adam which he very gracefully accepts and says he would have done the same since it's a game and to vote out the toughest competition is the smartest thing to do.
