GenX Entertainment Ltd brings Bindass Campus Attack contest
Terms:
1) GenX Entertainment Ltd is the host for “Bindass Campus Attack Contest” over SMS The offer is open for a limited period starting from 1st August 08 and ending on 16th Aug 08 for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of Cellular Subscribers of all operators in India.
2) This offer is valid only for existing category of active subscribers who fulfil the following criteria:
Format of Contest:
1) Charges Rs.3/-message
2) A subscriber has to sms MAL or UMANG to 59995 to win passes for the respective college events, Malhar at St. Xaviers, Mumbai and Umang at Narsee Monjee College of commerce and economics.
Participation Flow:
1) GenX Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to alter the format of the contest / withdraw the contest or make any changes to the terms and conditions of the contest.
2) This offer is being made purely on a “Best Effort” basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary.
3) The subscriber further understands and agrees that GenX Entertainment Ltd shall be solely responsible for inter-alia the selection of the winners.
4) GenX Entertainment Ltd shall be responsible for delivery of prizes to the subscriber
5) The respective colleges always have the right to refuse entry to any of the winners. The respective colleges have the ultimate rights of admission and Genx Entertainment Ltd is not responsible for the winner being rejected.
6) The prizes under the offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.
7) GenX Entertainment Ltd may to its best ability inform the winners by calling them on their mobile or telephone numbers. All prizes must be claimed by the winner along with the documents specified herein: a) Identity proof, b) Address Proof,
8) The subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold GenX Entertainment Ltd or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the present offer.
9) The subscriber also agrees and undertakes not to hold the respective colleges or its group entities or affiliates, principal, teachers or the organizing committee of the festival responsible for or liable for , any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the subscriber may / might have suffered, sustained or incurred or claims to suffer, sustain or incur by way of and / or on account of the present offer.
10) This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.
11) GenX Entertainment Ltd would ensure that this offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, Department of Telecommunications or any other statutory authority from time to time.
12) The present offer is organised and administered by GenX Entertainment Ltd
13) The T&C are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
